  • Develop a recruitment plan in line with client’s requirements.
The recruitment plan covers: assignment duration & timeline, recruitment method activities, development of a Job Vacancy Profile, definition of the selection criteria, documentation of the financial package offering.



Step 2: Recruitment Plan Implementation
  • Head-hunt for executives with the required profile,
  • Investigate the possibility for attracting these executives,
  • Get in touch with these executives to brief them on the opportunity at hand,
  • Discuss the profiles of the short-listed executives with the client, and
  • Co-interview short-listed executives with client’s representatives narrowing down the choice to candidates to which job offers will be extended.
Step 3: Post-Selection Support
  • Extend offers to selected candidates,
  • Negotiate offers with candidates, and
  • Obtain candidates’ approval on offers and/or contracts.
